This was a commission for the lovely Kiriska :iconkiriska:, and my very first completed illustration for A Soul and a Window Commission Project.

Depicted is Kiri's original character, Niruphma Siscoren, a prince of a medieval realm called Haevelin. He's a fairly complex character, who on most occasions is grounded by objectivity and rationality. However, in the story there's a pretty interesting conflict of interest that sends a deep rift through his conscience and sense of virtue.

Hopefully, you'll be hearing more of Niruphma and his story as this Project unfolds. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can publish a book with an assortment of original characters, conceived by the brilliant minds of writers like Kiriska.

So if you have an original character you want me to illustrate, by all means share your story with me and with the world!

These leaves QAQ anghhhh! how did you do that!!! they look marvelous!!! :heart: and I relly like plets on his shirt (soo perfect ;w;)

Thank you! The leaves were an original brush that I made. I had to play around several times to get the right appearance. Backgrounds are always a challenge, and yes it did require some patience, but a lot of it was fun work! c:
