I've been immensely busy lately with finals, staying up til ridiculous hours on papers. Finally, yesterday, I burned out and was a total mess. When I figured nothing was helping me to get back to work, I dropped everything and watched Howl's Moving Castle again.
Misery seems to evaporate when you're traipsing through the world of Miyazaki. I drew this after the movie as a stress-reliever. About 7 hours total. The original piece is about 1.5 this size. Thanks to this image, I feel a little better now and more motivated to get back to work.

EDIT: I wasn't happy with the jpg conversion of the colors so I've fixed it around a bit. And took away the noise for a cleaner feel.

I remember watching Howl's Moving Castle from Studio Ghibli. I really enjoyed the animation and story with Sophie and Howl
